"Differential pressure casting technology" achieves superior castability compared to gravity casting and low-pressure casting by covering both the molten metal and sand mold with a chamber. By using differential pressure casting, the solidification process during casting occurs in a pressurized atmosphere, which increases the solubility of H2 gas in aluminum and suppresses the release of gas.
